Returns And Refund Policy & Process – tell me more

As an Artfull Expression seller you will have to abide by the sites Returns And Refund Policy & Process. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By following this Policy & Process both buyers and sellers are aware of their obligations and are clear on the returns procedure.

Product Images – What size and format should my product images be?

Square product images, 1040px x 1040px in jpg format are ideal and will display your products best on Artfull Expression. Images can be larger. Smaller product images may not display correctly.

Seller Logo – What size and format should my company logo be?

Your seller logo should be 270px x 200px on a transparent background in png format. If you have difficulty with this please email for assistance.

Seller Photo – What size and format should my seller photo be?

Please email a good quality head and shoulders photo, to and we will set this up for you.

Seller Payment

Sellers are paid for their sales via Stripe. Please ensure you have added connected to your Stripe Account via the SHOP SETTINGS PAGE in order to get paid in a timely fashion.

Adding Product Variations

For sellers adding products with variations Artfull Expression will add the variations and make them available for sellers to use. Initially we have added variations required by ring sellers. Sizes I to Q are now available for use.

How To Progress Customer Orders

To progress customer orders ie Marking Orders Shipped, Adding Tracking No Etc. please:
Log In > Vendor Dashboard > Orders
Then hover mouse over right hand column marked Order Date to reveal options.
