I had a ring made to order and it’s beautiful. I wanted it to be part of a set and you would never guess that the ring wasn’t made at the same time! Great communication on WhatsApp with drawings of designs to choose from. Lovely helpful staff! Great job all round. Thank you!

I can only offer the the highest praise of Artfull Expression. David and his team offer a unique and very personal touch to what can be a stressful challenge.When looking around the JQ, I had been asking to what was available vs what my partner may like.When I approached Artfull Expression, David asked me what my partner liked and to get to understand them; which I was drawn in to. This played major factor of ring design.Through WhatsApp, he managed to send designs which his team had drawn up, which was an easy process. There we honed to an agreeable design, in good time, over arguably the busiest period. Add to this a very good price for such an individual piece of artwork.David and his team take pride in their approach, care, customer base and their brilliant trade.I will be going back for the wedding bands, and I would recommend to anyone looking for such, and to their jewellery, to check them out.

I commissioned a sliver crown thumb ring, when I describe my vision I felt there was an instant understanding and after a bit of fine tuning we came up with my perfect design. I recently purchased a gold necklace and matching brooch for my wife's birthday and both of us were delighted by the transaction from start to finish. She wanted a contemporary design, which is harder to find in the Jewellery Quarter than you might imagine.We discovered Artfull Expression and it was exactly what we were looking for. The range of choice was extensive and when she spotted her ideal design for a necklace in silver, we were delighted when David Hendley confirmed it could be made up in gold. In addition a brooch could also be made in the same design.David provided a quotation for the pieces which was pleasantly less than I expected and we proceeded with the purchase.David kept me informed throughout. He couldn't have been more helpful and when we took delivery, it was exactly as we hoped.I can't praise David and his company enough and I'm sure we will use his services again.

The whole experience of choosing our rings was an essential ingredient in our wedding plans. Ours is a small and simple registry office ceremony, and until we decided to get married neither of us was expecting to get particularly emotional about our rings! This shop is a jewel of a find. In the midst of all of the ring and diamond dealers and all of the traditional jewellery shops this shop sits inconspicuously. It's unusual to find a shop that offers something really different in the Jewellery Quarter but this is it. I was looking for a present for a hard-to-buy for male friend and I found it here straight away - a very special guitar key ring in silver with an inscription. Everything in the shop felt original and beautifully designed and I could have spent a fortune in there had I had the money! I was hard not to impulse buy. If you are looking for something that is both original, beautifully designed and affordable, look here first. I will be back.

Great selection of products from a wide range of independent jewellers, makers and craftspeople. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they offer brilliant support and expertise when commissioning custom bespoke items. All of the staff are jewellers and craftspeople themselves and understand the process inside out. Definitely recommend visiting if you are trying to find a special gift, planning a wedding or just love beautiful and unique jewellery.

Great find in the jewellery Quarter. It's a store that has been set up to promote you artist. The choice of jewellery is amazing, great one offs. This is a great shop in JQ if you are looking for something different from the rest. I had a bracelet made from here some time ago and I always receive great comments about it when I wear it. I currently have my eye on a beautiful ring which I intend to purchase for my next birthday. Great customer service here too with no pressure to buy. Love that!
